How long can I stay?
Choose 1, 2 or 4 weeks. After each payment your stay renews automatically, so you can live here as long as you need.
What is included?
All utilities — water and sewer, electricity, trash, pest control — and Wi-Fi are included in your rate.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Up to 2 pets, up to 35 lb each as adults. One-time fee of $150 per pet, no monthly pet rent.
Is there parking?
Free parking on the property for up to 2 cars. Additional parking is $20/month, subject to availability.
Is there a background check?
We run a free instant background check using your photo ID before move-in.
