- Weekly pay, no lease. 1, 2 or 4 weeks at a time; extend by paying for the next period. When the job ends, you leave.
- Everything included. Utilities, taxes and Wi-Fi in the rate; no deposit, no application fee, no income check — only a free instant background check with your photo ID.
- Cook and wash on site. Kitchenette with microwave and mid-size fridge in every studio; paid washers and dryers on the property.

How it works
- Reserve online. Choose the weeks and a move-in date on the home page — it is only a reservation, you pay when you arrive.
- Move in the same day. Office hours Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; tours Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, bookable online.
- Extend or leave. Pay for the next period before the current one ends, or check out when the job is done.
Good to know
